Rocco Carlitti
Vice President, Finance and Administration

Since joining CTIA in 1998, Carlitti has been responsible for managing and directing the Finance, Technology and Administrative functions of the Association, and has implemented comprehensive changes in the Association’s infrastructure and Administrative Departments, enhancing the ability of the Association to respond to the needs of its members.

Prior to CTIA, Carlitti was the Legal Administrator of the law firm of Ginsburg Feldman and Bress where he managed numerous facets of the firm to include administrative policies and procedures, financial management, information systems, human resources and facilities.  From 1987 to 1994, Carlitti served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and was awarded the Navy Commendation, Marine Expeditionary, National Defense and Southwest Asia Medals for his actions in support of operations before, during and after the first Persian Gulf War.

Carlitti received his B.A. Cum Laude from the University of Rochester.
