This team is focused on proactively creating conditions that encourage market growth & driving the development of industry standards.


Enhanced Messaging
This team has created Use Cases & Call Flows for both Group Messaging & Presence product features that will enable cross-carrier support of a new Enhanced Messaging product in the U.S.


LBS – Location Based Services
This team has published a set of Best Practices & Guidelines for LBS that have as hallmarks consumer consent, notification and safeguard guidelines.


Metrics
This team is focused on establishing a set of metrics spanning the mobile data market adoption curve, identifying potential data sources from across the mobile data ecosystem & putting in place a data acquisition processes & syndicated distribution platform.


Mobile Advertising Metrics
This team is tasked with understanding the need & ability to have measurable information regarding mobile data usage that can be utilized by Industry to improve consumer experience with advertising via the mobile device.


Mobile Content
This team is focused on identifying the barriers to market adoption for various types of mobile content & on helping the industry meet its responsibilities to subscribers as it becomes an increasingly important channel for distribution of all types of entertainment content.


Mobile Financial Services
This team is focused on creating a set of Guidelines that can assist the Industry by communicating with partners the expected actions & protections for information that affects consumers.\


Off Portal Content Monitoring
This team is focused on providing the industry with an ongoing, rigorous monitoring & assessment process of the compliance with industry Best Practices of third party content providers (aggregators & applications developers).
