Relocator
- Register with Clearinghouse to Establish an Account
Registration via the web-based application is a simple process to follow. Clearinghouse users enter basic information including company name and mailing address, the primary contact with phone, fax and e-mail address and any sub-account users for the registration.
- Submit Relocation Information
Provide data required by Clearinghouse to identify reimbursement opportunities. This data will include the relocator’s account, its identification of the relocation, associated costs, coordinates of the relocated facility, frequencies and emission designator. - Receive Notification from the Clearinghouse Detailing the Cost-Sharing Event
This notification is provided to the relocator, other previously identified benefiting licensees and the licensee who created the cost-sharing obligation.
- Receive Payment from Licensee that Triggered the Cost-Sharing Obligation
Cost-sharing obligations are paid directly to the relocator and/or other previously identified benefiting licensees of the relocation. - Remit Transaction Fee Payment to Clearinghouse
Submit payment to Clearinghouse for services rendered to identify cost-sharing obligations from other benefiting licensees of a particular relocation. - Notify Clearinghouse that Payment was Received from Licensee
The Clearinghouse will track the exchange of monies identified as part of the cost-sharing process
Licensee

Clearinghouse users enter basic information including company name and mailing address, the primary contact with phone, fax and e-mail address and any sub-account users for the registration. - Submit Base-Station Information (PCN)
The FCC requires that Prior Coordination Notifications (PCN) be submitted to the Clearinghouse for cost-sharing analysis. The process for submitting the base-station information will be an upload of an Excel or similar file structure via the website. The resulting action is the identification of cost-sharing triggers on relocated incumbent systems. - Receive Notification from Clearinghouse Detailing Cost-Sharing Obligation(s) Owed to Relocator(s)
Proximity threshold test performed by the Clearinghouse will identify each cost-sharing trigger and generate a notification to all affected parties. - Remit Cost-Sharing Obligations
Cost-sharing obligation(s) are to be paid directly to the relocator and/or other benefiting licensees party to the relocation. - Information Remains in Clearinghouse Database and could Identify Cost-Sharing Triggers from Subsequent Benefiting Licensees
Subsequent licensees who benefit from the initial relocation are required to share in the expenses of a relocation. By registering information with the Clearinghouse, users of our services can ensure that all who benefit from a relocation pay their equitable portion of the costs.
