How to Read Your Bill
Wireless carriers continue to offer innovative service plans at affordable prices, and they want you to know exactly what you’re paying for every month. This section explains many of the various charges, taxes, and fees that are detailed on monthly bills, so you better understand what you’re paying, and why. CTIA has developed a sample bill that contains the most common charges and explains them to you.

There are a lot of common questions about wireless technology and service, and this section addresses some of those by separating fact from fiction and taking the mystery out of the world of wireless technology.
Early Termination Fees
Some of the most common questions about long-term wireless service contracts revolve around Early Termination Fees (ETFs). What are they, why are they necessary, and what do they mean to the consumer? This section takes a look at ETFs, and explains why they actually result in you receiving the best possible price for your service and handset.
